I have litigated in jury trials in State and Federal courtrooms. I have handled appeals to the Minnesota Courts of Appeal, the Minnesota Supreme Court and Federal Courts of Appeal throughout the country. I have been responsible for defending class-action litigation and involved in protracted disputes involving shareholder claims and employment issues.
